The Best Products to Maintain Your Aircraft

For Bugs
For the bugs along your leading edges, I recommend the Jet Stream Aviation Powerfoam Liquid Spray.
This powerful dry wash system will break down bugs, and help them wipe right off, removing the need for pressure to remove them, thus making sure you don't accidentally scratch the paint.
As an aircraft owner, this bottle is the go-to for wiping down your aircraft after each flight. Please only use on PAINTED surfaces.

For General Cleaning
You've gotten the bugs off, now what about the rest of the plane? For that, I recommend one of my most favorite products. I use this product religiously on every aircraft I detail and always highly recommend my clients purchase it.
This product you may have seen if you've ever been to Sun N' Fun, which is where I found it.
I highly recommend it's use between every flight. Not only is it amazing at cleaning your aircraft in general, it also is a wax, AND it gets off exhaust soot like no other product I've used. Can you tell I'm a fan?

For Brightwork/Polished Aluminum
Now that our aircraft is nice and clean, what about our polished aluminum spinner?
For an already polished spinner (or brightwork in general) you can maintain it yourself with this simple spray.
This product allows you to touch up minor water spots and oxidation without the use of specialized tools. All you need is this product and a microfiber towel! We use Fly Shiny and Nuvite products to polish your spinner and this is a complementary product to both of those!

For the Belly/Undercarriage
This can be a tough one to do, simply because it can be uncomfortable to be under your aircraft so close to the ground. To make sure you spend the LEAST amount of time down there as possible, here is a product that works fantastic!
Plane Perfect Buddha Belly is the product for you for all the grease and build up on your undercarriage!
If you have exhaust soot on your belly, we would recommend first hitting it with this to remove the build up, and then after with the Koenig Metal Polish mentioned earlier.

The Final Piece - the Towels
Towels are more important than you would think. Using an incorrect towel can scratch your paint and cause issues down the line.
These towels are great not only for your painted surfaces, but also for your windows! We do recommend buying different colored towels to keep window and paint towels separate.
